Wines available include our single estate Salvare Chardonnay, made by respected winemaker Elise Montgomery from the best handpicked fruit grown on our home vineyard here at Ngatarawa Rd. We can also include Salvare Hawke’s Bay Syrah, Merlot, Rose or Viognier made from quality fruit sourced from areas such as Gimblett Road and Dartmoor Valley.
In addition to our elegant Hawke’s Bay wines you can add a choice of locally grown Salvare Olive Oil, Salvare Dukkah or Salvare Chardonnay Mustard, Terraza Saffron products or locally produced handmade ceramics and chocolates.
