Located at 403 Ngatarawa Road, Bridge Pa, Salvare Estate is a small 6 hectare chardonnay block on Hawkes Bays rich Ngatarawa Triangle. The block was planted 6 years ago and operated as a contract grower. The fruit from this block had always been supplied to local wineries.
We decided we wanted to diversify and develop the block to produce premium quality fruit which could be split between the contract side of the business and producing our own vintage.
